I love the spices and glaze. I've incorporated them immediately into my cooking regimen and use them regularly. Jim and his son in law Chris P introduced me to the product/company. Both Jim and Chris are good at presentation and sales. They are both enthusiastic about what they do. I know because as a salesman myself, this comes easier when you believe in your product and love what you do.
